Mosaics Gallery

The history of mosaic dates back some 4,000 years or more. Today, many contemporary and functional pieces of art can be made more beautiful through a mosaic application.

In my work, I use multi-media materials that range from stained glass, ceramic tile, clay tile and porcelain to stones and shells, which add a natural look to many pieces. I search for old items with a strong base structure such as chairs or occasional tables, old trays, teapots, glasses, flower pots, etc. to recreate into mosaic art. I also create new items such as mirrors, mailboxes or serving trays, and will do commissions to match the color of your decor. Mosaics are a wonderful creative outlet and tool to transform these vintage treasures into something new and beautiful.
